Serenite Restaurant Annual Fundraiser

Serenite Restaurant and Culinary Institute in Medina is holding a fundraiser Tuesday, September 12. A five-course dinner, paired with wine, will be prepared by Sérénité’s Executive Chef Todd Whitman. He will be joined by chefs

  • Jeremy Umansky, Larder: A Curated Delicatessen and Bakery
  • Tony Stanislo, Medina County Career Center, Chef and Restaurant Management Instructor
  • Peter Rosenberg., Certified Angus Beef LLC
  • Dale Sampson, Fairlawn Country Club

Money raised at “Une Soirée Avec Cinq Chefs” dinner will benefit the Recovery Center of Medina County and Sérénité Restaurant and Culinary Institute, 538 West Liberty St., Medina. Serenite offers a six-month, tuition-free culinary training program to adults in recovery from substance abuse and addiction. During their training students learn all aspects of fine dining and French cuisine to prepare them for employment.
